Our T-shirt printers are using 100% green environmental friendly direct to garment pigment ink, and with the power of 5660*2880 DPI resolution high-speed printer heads, the machine can print true images directly on the surface of the garment from the computer software. Meanwhile, the water washing standard can be reached to 5 degrees.

artisJet offers two professional t-shirt printers, artis 3000 T and artis 5000 T. Both printers can meet the demands of two different types of printing direct to T-shirts. They will take the place of the complicated traditional handicrafts such as heat transfer printing and screen printing. Thus, the problems of unbreathable and uncomfortable textile can be solved.

Total cost is around 3USD for each t-shirt including the t-shirt itself. Applied Piezo printer head to make the fine and smallest drop of ink in 1.5PL, one liter of ink can print 1000-1200pcs of t-shirts in A4 size printing/80% coverage/1440*1440DPI. Ink cost is 0.18USD/ML. Normal t-shirt is around 2.8USD/PC.

Low maintenance cost

Pigment ink we are using is friendly to the head and maximize the lifetime of the head. On average ,the consumables cost is around 0,.005USD.Electricity working power is 80W, just need 1W a day.
